We therefore need to ensure a constant market watch to recruit, when the time comes, talent wishing to bloom within the field of real estate, in positions such as Asset Manager, Portfolio Manager, Fund Manager or else in functions related to marketing (IT, products, communications, investor relations, etc.), finance and taxation, law, compliance and risk management – in short, a team of experts with a proven record (min. 3 to 5 years) of working in a similar environment and combining passion for real estate and innovation through finance.
